Why did I receive an eFlow rewardcard in the post?
As an eFlow customer, whether you have a registered tag or video eFlow account, you are entitled to a free personal eFlow rewardcard. If you have not yet received your card, please contact rewardcard customer enquiries and we will send your card out to you.
What does an eFlow rewardcard entitle me to?
eFlow has teamed up with some of Ireland’s leading brands to offer our customers exclusive discounts and selected offers on hotels, car services, insurance and a list of leisure activities through participating partners.
Where do I find out about the latest discounts and selected offers?
Simply visit www.eflowrewards.ie to check out all of the latest discounts and offers. Our list of partner brands will continually grow and we regularly update the website with new offers and discounts. Just remember to visit the new promotions page to keep up to date on the latest promotions.
How do I use my new eFlow rewardcard?
There’s no need to activate your eFlow rewardcard because it’s already set up. You’ll find the eFlow rewardcard simple to use, just read the details of your preferred promotion to find out how you can avail of the offer. Please note, that the way to redeem each offer varies, so please ensure to check each individual promotions page of our selected partners.
What if I do not want to use my eFlow rewardcard?
This is a free personal card, however, if you do not wish to avail of any offers or discounts using your eFlow rewardcard, we encourage you to dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. Alternatively, please return it to eFlow, with a brief note explaining that you do not wish to use your card and we will dispose of it on your behalf.
