If you have received a payment request notice from eFlow and are already a registered customer with a tag provider, we apologise for this error.
You have most likely received this notice due to an incorrect licence plate being associated with your tag or an incorrectly mounted tag, please see information at the bottom of this page.
To have this notice cancelled and ensure that your correct licence plate is associated with your tag, please complete the following details: ( * required fields )

Important:
eFlow will confirm your details, as entered above, with your tag issuer and cancel the above notice. Please remember in order for your tag to work correctly you should ensure the following:
[A] Your tag is correctly registered to the vehicle in which you use it (confirm with your tag provider that this is the case).
[B] Your tag must be correctly mounted, (for cars, the tag should be positioned in the centre top of the windscreen, for trucks it should be in the centre bottom of the windscreen).
[C] That your tag is the right way up, ie you can clearly read the text on the back of the tag once mounted.
