Life Festival (24th – 26th May)

Known as one of the best electronic festivals, Life Festival first took place at Glastonbury before settling in Ireland in 2004. Based in the magnificent surroundings of Belvedere Castle, you can check out some of the best live acts in electronic music and this year’s line-up does not disappoint with MK, CamelPhat and La Fleur to name a few.

The final release of weekend camping tickets has been released and are still available on their website. You also have the option to upgrade your camping experience if you want some comfort.

Sea Sessions (June 21st – 23rd)

Want more to your festival than just music and food? Sea Sessions is based in Bundoran, Donegal where you can go surfing or relax with some beach yoga in-between dancing to some fantastic artists which include Clean Bandit, Sigrid and Dermot Kennedy.

Belsonic (Month of June)

As one of the biggest festivals in Belfast, Belsonic is worth the trip.  Every weekend across June, Ormeau Park is transformed into the best place to be for live music, with acts crossing all genres from Rock to EDM.

Want to make a weekend of it? The Game of Thrones exhibition is now open at the TEX Belfast where you can recover from the night before by check out the costumes, props and even sit on the Iron Throne.  It’s almost enough to make us forget that it’s all ending soon…

**BONUS**

Electric Picnic (30th August – 1st Sept)

Although the event is now sold out (sob), we couldn’t leave it off our list. Held under the backdrop of Stradbally Hall in Laos, Electric Picnic has become one of the most recognisable festivals over the last few years.

If you have been lucky enough to grab a ticket, you can enjoy a stellar line up this year including Billie Eilish, Hozier and The Strokes as well as comedy, lake swimming and food tents. You can even bring along all the family as children under the age of 12 are welcome and can gain access to the festival free of charge.
