The prestigious Export & Freight Awards were held at the Ramada Hotel in Belfast on 13 September 2012, a ceremony dedicated to the celebration of the hard-work and dedication of transport and logistics firms across Ireland. Organised by the Hillsborough-based publisher of Export & Freight magazine and other media partners, the Awards saw eFlow, with 500 other industry personnel, assemble for a resplendent evening of award-giving, speeches and applause over a three-course dinner and entertainment.
eFlow has a history of impeccable provision of excellent customer service. Our efforts were recognised in Las Vegas at the 2011 Contact Centre World Awards when our customer service team competed with 30 countries and won three top awards. It was fitting, then, that we sponsor the Export & Freight Award for Excellence in Customer Service, an accolade reserved for the transport and logistics firm with a proven track record of providing its customers with an efficient, courteous, and high-quality service.
The award, presented by eFlow’s Director of Communications and Customer Relations, Simon McBeth, went to Volvo dealers Dennison Commercials, a thoroughly fitting victor who has consistently afforded its clients unwaveringly superb customer care through wise investment in its employees’ training. Indeed, one customer recently noted: “The service personnel, from the telephone relationships right through to the guys who actually carry out the work, [are] very courteous and professional.” Such comments are not rare, nor are they surprising – Dennison Commercials boasts a 93% customer satisfaction rating.
The ceremony also presented awards for Driver of the Year and Shipping Line of the Year, amongst many others, and we offer their recipients our earnest congratulations.
