What should I do if I've paid against the incorrect licence plate number?


If you have paid against the incorrect license plate number, contact the eFlow Customer Care team.

Please include your full name, contact details, the correct and the incorrect licence plate number and your payment details in your message. 

Please note: When paying either online or at a Payzone outlet, ensure that your vehicle's registration plate number is entered correctly and retain your receipt carefully for proof of payment.
