Authorised Users

To add an authorised user to your account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select ‘My Details’ in the Account Overview screen.
  3. Scroll down to Authorised Contacts.
  4. Select ‘Add New Contact’ and then fill in the details of the individual(s) who you wish to add.

Once added to your account, an Authorised User can speak to eFlow about your account on your behalf. You can add any number of Authorised Users to a single account.

Authorised users can request to update vehicles on the account or add their own payment details. However, they cannot request to close the account, add additional Authorised Users, change the address, or add/update payment details that are not in their name.
