There are a number of reasons why you can’t log in to eFlow.ie:
If your account is closed or pending close, you will not be able to log in to eFlow.ie
If you are experiencing difficulties in accessing your account, you can retrieve your username or reset your password here.
To retrieve your username, you will need the registration plate number of a vehicle on the account, your email address, and answer your security question.
If all of your information matches what we have on file, we will send an email to the address listed on your account with your username.
To reset your password, you’ll need the registration plate number of a vehicle currently active on the account, your username and email address, and to answer your security question.
If all of your information matches what we have on file, we will send you an email with a link to change your password.
Please note: Your username appears in the header of correspondence issued to you by eFlow.
Please note: Usernames cannot be changed. The username stays the same for the duration of the account.
Account has not been set up for online use
Have you created a username or password for your eFlow account?
If not, your account may not be activated yet. To activate your online account click here.
Remember that passwords are case sensitive, while usernames are not. Do not include any spaces in your licence plate number.
