You can find your username on any correspondence that eFlow have sent to you. If you don’t have any correspondence handy, then you can retrieve your username here. You will need one of the vehicle registration numbers, which is active on your account, and your email address (as it appears on file).
You’ll then need to give the answer to your security question.
If all of your information matches what we have on file, we will then send an email to the address listed on your account with your username.

Please note: usernames cannot be changed. The username stays the same for the duration of the account.
