My eFlow tag is lost

A fee of €20.00 will be deducted from your account if your tag is not returned to eFlow. Also, you will need to order a new tag from 

Once ordered, your new tag should arrive within 3-5 working days. If the tag is found and returned after being reported lost, we can refund the fee. 

To report a lost or damaged tag:

  1. Log in to with your username and password.
  2. Select ‘My Vehicles’ and select the blue circle in the ‘Options’ column of the appropriate vehicle.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select ‘Lost’ and confirm.
