A fee of €20.00 may be deducted from your account if your tag is not returned to eFlow.
To report a lost or damaged tag:
• Log in to eFlow.ie with your username and password.
• Click ‘My Vehicles’ and click the blue circle in the options column of the appropriate vehicle.
• From the dropdown menu, click ‘Lost’ and confirm.
Once ordered, your new tag should arrive within 3-5 working days. If the tag is found and returned after being reported lost, we can reverse the fee.
