Use this page if you have wrongly received a penalty letter and would like to dispute your toll charges.

If you believe you have wrongly received a penalty letter because your vehicle was not on the M50 at the time specified in the penalty letter or you have already paid your toll, we invite you to send our customer service team a message online via our contact form. One of our agents will review your query and contact you as soon as *possible.

I'm registered with another tag provider
If you're registered with another tag provider and you're sure that:
- your tag is mounted correctly
- your tag account is up to date
- your tag hasn't been reported as lost, stolen or damaged
- it's not possible that an incorrect licence plate is being associated with your tag
