From Friday evening at 9 p.m. we are performing systems upgrades from now until 8 a.m. on Monday morning. What this means for you, our eFlow customers, is that some services will be interrupted for a period of time from now until Monday morning at 8 a.m. As a result, it will not be possible to make online, app or phone payments or to access/create an account in that time. We apologise for any convenience this may cause.
Please note that all weekend journeys from midnight. on Friday through to Sunday at midnight must be paid no later than 8 p.m. on Monday evening.
You can still pay your toll or penalty at a Payzone outlet over the weekend. Alternatively, you will be able to pay online on eflow.ie from 8 a.m. on Monday morning.
From Monday at 8 a.m. payment services and account management services will be available and eFlow registered accounts can be accessed again. As part of the upgrade, we are also enhancing our password policy so we will ask you will be prompted to reset your password. We will guide you through the quick and easy steps, and, once you have done that, you can access lots of new and upgraded accounts and website features.
