Established in 2007, eFlow is the operator of the barrier-free tolling system on Dublin’s M50 motorway and a provider of electronic tags for use on all toll roads in the Republic of Ireland. eFlow is managed and operated by emovis operations Ireland (formerly sanef its operations Ireland), the leading service delivery and technology arm of Abertis. emovis was contracted by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (formerly National Roads Authority) to implement and operate the M50 barrier-free tolling system.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland was established through a merger of the National Roads Authority and the Railway Procurement Agency under the Roads Act 2015, with effect from 01/08/15. The TII’s primary function is to provide an integrated approach to the future development of the national roads network and the development of light rail throughout Ireland. TII is responsible for overseeing the procurement and implementation of new tolling arrangements, and for monitoring and managing existing tolling arrangements on the national road network, including the M50 barrier-free toll and the tolling interoperability system for tag customers (known as eToll).

Pierse Fitzgibbon Solicitors is the enforcement service provider for the eFlow barrier-free toll system on the M50. The law firm is based in Listowel, Co Kerry, and is responsible for processing legal proceedings initiated at the end of eFlow’s late-payment notification process.

Founded in 1998, Euro Parking Collection enable councils, civic authorities, parking providers and police authorities to enforce payments of traffic penalty fines issued to foreign registered vehicles.
