How does My Account work?<\/p>\n

You can either have a post pay or pre-pay account:<\/p>\n

With Post pay accounts, the balance that you see when you log in to your eFlow account is the total for journeys on your account owing since we last received a payment.<\/p>\n

If you use our Tag Tolling option on your account, this will also include the monthly charge of \u20ac1.00 +VAT per tag.<\/p>\n

The amount which will be taken from you every month is the balance owed on the last day of the previous month.<\/p>\n

In the case of a pre-pay account, the balance shows how much credit you have left on your account to cover future journeys.<\/p>\n

To make a payment on your eFlow account.:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Login to eFlow.ie with your username and password.<\/li>\n
  2. On the account overview page, click \u2018Invoices and Payments\u2019 followed by clicking \u2018Top Up Payment\u2019.<\/li>\n
  3. On the \u2018Top Up Payment\u2019 page, enter the amount you would like to pay in the \u2018Amount to Pay\u2019 box.<\/li>\n
  4. Select from the saved payment methods or pay using a new payment method by clicking on Debit\/Credit card under \u2018Pay by Card\u2019 and enter your card details.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the \u2018Pay\u2019 button to complete the payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Monthly payments for Post Pay accounts are taken between the 12th and 18th of every month.<\/p>\n

    eFlow Post Pay customers are billed a month in arrears. This means that the amount deducted from your payment method this month covers journeys made last month.<\/p>\n

    In the case of Pre-Pay accounts we will automatically request a payment from your registered payment method once your balance falls below the account threshold of \u20ac12.00.<\/p>\n

    If you select to receive your statements by email, every month we\u2019ll email you a link to your statement. You will need your eFlow username and password to access it.<\/p>\n

    Only invoices\/statements from August 2021 onwards are readily available. \u00a0<\/b>Please contact us<\/a> if you can\u2019t access the one(s) you require.<\/p>\n

    You can also view your statement online by logging into your account on eflow.ie:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Login\u00a0 to your eFlow account with your username and password.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the \u201cinvoices and payments\u201d section to view your statements.<\/li>\n
    3. Scroll down and select the date ranges of the statement you would like to view.<\/li>\n
    4. Select the \u2018page\u2019 \"pageicon to view your statement online. In order to download the invoice correctly, the user must be using Chrome & have pop-ups enabled.<\/u><\/li>\n
    5. If you wish to download your statement for further use, click the page icon which will generate a PDF of your statement. From here, you can download or print your statement.<\/li>\n
    6. If you would like to view a history of invoices issued during your selected date range, select \u2018Download CSV\u2019, \u2018Download Excel\u2019, or \u2018Download PDF\u2019 to download your list of invoices in the respective format chosen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Please note statements issued to your account prior to our systems upgrade on August 7th 2021, are not readily available. If you need access to these statements, please contact<\/a> our customer service team.<\/p>\n

      To view a list of your journeys, log in to your eFlow account and click \u2018Journeys\u2019. Here, you can select a date range to view all journeys during a defined period.<\/p>\n
