Changes to eflow.ie
We’re excited to announce that a new improved eFlow website will be launched in the coming weeks.
We understand change can sometimes cause concern, especially with fraudulent eFlow websites in circulation. Rest assured, these updates to our website are genuine, and you can always rely on our official domain eflow.ie.
Thanks to your feedback, our new website has been designed to be more intuitive and easier to navigate, providing a smoother, more convenient digital experience for your tolling needs.
To help you prepare for this change, we’ve highlighted the key changes below.
first item
If you have an eFlow account
Logging in to Your Account
Accessing your account will be easier than ever. You’ll be able to log in with either your email address or username. If you update the email address on your account, it will automatically replace your previous account email.
Account Summary and Balance
When you log in, you’ll see your account balance, most recent toll journeys and your vehicles with our improved account summary section.
Updating Your Vehicles and Tags
The new “Vehicles, Tags and Tolling” section will make it easier to manage your vehicles and tags. Whether you need to replace a vehicle, switch a tag, order a new tag or tag holder, you’ll simply select the “plus” icon of the vehicle you’d like to update.
Managing Your Payment Methods
When making a one-off payment you’ll have the option to save the card for future payments. You’ll also be able to set Managing your default payment method using a new click-and-drag feature.
If you don’t have an eFlow account
Paying your tolls will be easier than ever. You’ll be able to check how much you owe, by simply entering your vehicle registration number and the time and date of your last M50 toll journey.
