eFlow takes the Paperless Journey

At eFlow, we’re committed to providing a smoother, smarter, and more sustainable journey for our customers.
That’s why in 2025 we worked to develop a new and improved eFlow website, developed in response to consumer feedback, offering a more intuitive and streamlined digital experience.
Key features of the new website include:
- PIN Access: Customers can now view full toll and penalty details without needing to create an eFlow account.
- Saved Card Details: Payment information can be securely stored to enable faster future transactions.
- Quick Toll Check: By entering a vehicle registration number along with the date and time of the last M50 journey, customers can instantly check any outstanding charges.
Sustainability
In 2024, we posted 3 million sheets of paper – generating CO2 emissions comparable to driving a car 141,667 kilometres. That is roughly the equivalent of driving three and a half times around the Earth.
In spring 2025, we committed to improving our sustainability practices and successfully piloted a transition to paperless billing for 20,000 customers.
Small changes can lead to big results. If all remaining customers switch to paperless billing, we could save the equivalent of over 80 trees a year.
Following the success of our pilot and the launch of our new website, we’re rolling out paperless communications and billing for all eFlow customers with a valid email address from October 2025.
Accessing your eFlow bill is now easier than ever:
- Log in in to your eFlow account
- Click on ‘View Statements’ or ‘View Invoices’
- Click the ‘Download’ icon of the bill you want to view.
Only customers with a valid email address on file will be switched to paperless. If you prefer to continue receiving paper statements, please contact us here.
We sincerely thank all our customers for supporting this important step towards a more sustainable future.
