If you have made a journey since midnight on Thursday 5th August, you now have until 8pm on Friday 20th August to pay. Similarly, the payment deadline for any penalties due within this time has also been extended.
Unregistered customers (those with a vehicle NOT registered for a tag or video account) can now pay for a toll at any Payzone retail outlet; please note it is not possible to pay a penalty at Payzone at this time. A full list of Payzone outlets can be found here.
eFlow account holders using a tag or video account continue to have their journeys recorded as normal.
As part of the upgrade, we are also enhancing our password policy, so, if you are an eFlow registered customer, you will be prompted to reset your password at your next login. We will guide you through the quick and easy steps to access your account. In addition, the M50 QuickPay App will no longer be available. We are in the process of developing a brand new app for both iOS and Android platforms, and will keep you updated on the release date.
In the meantime, if you are an existing M50 QuickPay App User with credit remaining on your account, don’t worry, this will be automatically applied to your Vehicle Registration Number for any future journeys you make. When the new app is launched you will be able to login and manage your account again. We look forward to sharing our new app with you and should you need assistance don’t hesitate to contact us.
