Contact centre weekend opening hours

From October 2nd we are changing our contact centre weekend opening hours. Our contact centre and webchat service will be available between 10:00 and 18:30.

Please note there are no changes to our contact centre weekday opening hours. You can contact us via our contact centre or by webchat between 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Friday.

If you need to contact us for payment outside of opening hours, our IVR service is available on 0818 50 10 50. You can also contact us via our website, by email at info@eflow.ie or by private message to our Facebook and Twitter pages.
